Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our PMVA training courses. Bybooking a course with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 All course bookings must be made through our website or via bank transer to our account.

2.2 To confirm your booking, a £50 deposit is required. The remaining balance must be settled
on the day of the training.

2.3 PMVA Training Course Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to
unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund
of your deposit.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 You may cancel your booking at any time; however, refunds will be issued as follows:

  • A full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made at least one week (7 days) before the course start date.
  • A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the course start date.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course start date or for non-attendance (no-shows).


3.2 Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the cancellation request.

3.3 If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

3.1. We may share your personal information with third parties only in the following circumstances:

  • With your explicit consent.
  • To comply with legal obligations or protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property.
  • In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.


3.2. We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

4.Course Attendance and Conduct

4.1 You are expected to arrive on time and participate fully in the training sessions.

4.2 PMVA Training Course Ltd. reserves the right to refuse admission or remove participants
who display disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, without a refund.

4.3 If you are unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, please notify us as soon as
possible. We may offer a transfer to another session at our discretion.

5. Certificates and Completion

5.1 Participants must complete the full training session to receive a certification.

5.2 Certificates will be issued digitally within 5 working days of successful completion of the
course.

6. Liability

6.1 We are not liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of attending our training,
except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

6.2 Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during practical elements of the
course and must follow all safety instructions provided by the trainers.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

7.1 We collect and process personal data solely for the purpose of managing course bookings
and providing our services.

7.2 Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except
where required by law.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

8.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be
posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws
of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
England and Wales.
